Order cancellation policy


This policy sets out the process and requirements for canceling an order placed on our online store.

1. Scope of cancellation
Order Cancellation refers to stopping an order before it is shipped or fulfilled. Once the order is shipped, it is considered a completed sale and must be handled by our standard return policy (see Section 3).

2. Cancellation and eligibility window
To ensure that we can stop the fulfillment process, cancellations are accepted only within a specific, short time period:

Standard products: you can cancel your order for a full refund until [ 6 hours] after placing the order, or before you receive a shipping confirmation email, whichever comes first.

Time-sensitive and customized products: due to the immediate start of production or execution, orders for the following items cannot be canceled:

3. How to cancel an order
To officially cancel your order , you must follow this process:

Contact immediately: send an email to [enter your support email, for example, support@belggreen.com] with subject line: immediate cancellation: order # [your order number].

Required information: the email must include your full name and the exact order number.

Confirmation: a member of our support team will reply to confirm whether the cancellation has been successfully processed before shipment.

 Note: cancellation request is not a guarantee. We process orders quickly, and if the tracking of your item has already been set or the execution stage has been exceeded, the cancellation will be refused, and you must use the return policy after delivery.

4. Refunds for cancelled orders
Full refund: if your order is successfully canceled within the qualifying window (Section 2), we will issue a full refund for your wallet at Belgreen.

Processing time: refunds are usually processed within [5-10 business days] after the cancellation is confirmed.
